We promote a ‘Healthy Eating Policy’ at Kidz Aloud! Nursery & Montessori.

We maintain healthy eating practices throughout the day. Within our breakfast club we provide children with a choice of low sugar breakfast cereals, toast, fresh fruit and a drink of milk or water.

We establish and maintain a healthy food and snack policy in conjunction with parents by them providing their child with a healthy lunch box for snack times. We offer an healthy in-service snack for anyone who wishes to avail of it.

We provide a freshly prepared hot nutritious meal each day, which consists of carbohydrates, protein and vegetables. Children are offered a varied well balanced menu which introduces them to many different textures and tastes. The weekly main meal and snack menu is displayed on the parents notice board in our reception area. We are happy to accommodate all special dietary requirements and we request that we are notified of all food allergies or dislikes.

The services holds awards in HACCP and Food Hygiene and Safety.
